The agreement ceremony was held at Webcash headquarters in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the 2nd. The ceremony was attended by key personnel including Webcash CEO Kang Won-ju, Rowm IT CEO Park Seung-hyun, and 6 certified public accountants belonging to Expert Tax Corporation.

The three-party agreement between Webcash, Rowm IT, and Expert Tax Corporation aims to promote cooperation to create a smart work environment by utilizing the IT solutions of both companies and the tax infrastructure of Expert Tax Corporation. Based on mutual active support, it was conducted to pursue the development of each stakeholder.

Expert Tax Corporation will introduce Webcash's 'WeMembers' and 'AI Accounting Nation', and Rowm IT's 'SemoReport' to provide convenient work processing for certified public accountants and clients of tax offices.
