Social enterprise Springshine (CEO Jong-su Kim) has signed a business agreement with Woosisan (CEO Ui-hyun Byeon) and Jeju Senior Club (Director Hyo-ui Kim) for collaboration on ESG practices utilizing waste resources.
This agreement involves creating jobs through waste collection activities within Jeju Island and producing upcycled products specialized for Jeju tourism through the process of converting waste materials into raw materials. It is expected to generate job opportunities within Jeju and enhance nationwide ESG practice projects. This holds even greater significance as an extension of integrated job creation projects encompassing public welfare, social service, and market-oriented businesses.
Springshine CEO Jong-su Kim stated, “I am delighted that we can contribute to the waste cycle within Jeju through this agreement. We will spare no effort in developing Jeju-specialized upcycled products in collaboration with Woosisan and Jeju Senior Club.”

Springshine is a social enterprise dedicated to conveying the art of people with developmental disabilities in an engaging and valuable manner, fostering a society free from prejudice towards them. Serving as an artistic playground where artists with developmental disabilities can establish professional status and access creative opportunities, Springshine's mission is to showcase artwork imbued with their stories, thereby cultivating a culture where people with and without disabilities can coexist. Currently, they are gaining recognition for their ESG experience kits, such as endangered animal memory game coloring and developmental disability character cushion making, along with various disability art content.
