Spring Shine, a social enterprise that fosters artists with developmental disabilities, conducted a volunteer activity offering a 'Marine Protected Species Memory Game' experience at the '2024 Seoul MICE Alliance Networking Workshop'.

Spring Shine is a social enterprise that discovers artists with developmental disabilities and cultivates them into professional artists through specialized training. Notably, through the developmental disabilities pottery instructor training project initiated in 2016, it has fostered numerous disabled pottery instructors to date. Additionally, they are developing art goods by incorporating artworks and daily necessities of artists with developmental disabilities.

On this day, 53 individuals, including officials from the Seoul Tourism Foundation and 39 companies of the Seoul MICE Alliance (SMA), had the opportunity to collaboratively create the Marine Protected Species Memory Game by Spring Shine, a new member company of the MICE support division. The Marine Protected Species Memory Game is an ESG experience kit co-created with developmental disabilities artist 'Jjawook' to raise awareness about marine protected species whose populations are significantly declining or are of high international conservation value.

The experiential program commenced with a magic performance by Harry (real name: Park Jin-o), an artist with developmental disabilities specializing in magic. The subsequent coloring activity involved participants coloring marine protected species cards, which are part of the memory game kit, in their preferred colors, and donating the completed kits. The experience was led by Messi (real name: Jeon Jun-hyeok), a developmental disabilities ceramic artist and professional experience instructor.

The Seoul Tourism Foundation and 39 participating companies of the Seoul MICE Alliance are planning to donate the games completed that day to the local community under the name of 'Seoul MICE Alliance'.
