Fasoo (CEO Kyugon Cho) is expanding AI capabilities to its existing solutions, empowering users to easily leverage AI for enhanced operational efficiency and productivity. As its first product line, Fasoo is introducing the 'AI Assistant' feature through updated versions of its document management solution, 'Wrapsody', and external collaboration platform, 'Wrapsody eCo', enabling functionalities like document summarization and semantic search.
Fasoo, which recently launched the enterprise LLM 'Ellm', announced its transformation into an 'AI company that helps customers utilize AI' at the beginning of this year and presented 'AI-Powered Applications' as one of its AI visions. As part of this strategy, Fasoo is introducing the new versions of Wrapsody and Wrapsody eCo, offering a document centralization solution and an external collaboration platform with well-integrated AI functionalities.
The enhanced Wrapsody and Wrapsody eCo introduce the 'AI Assistant' feature to revolutionize user experience and operational efficiency. By integrating with commercial LLMs, the AI Assistant allows users to compare or summarize up to five documents simultaneously and search for document information. Users can simply drag and drop the target document into the AI chat window and click on guide buttons such as 'Document Summarization' or freely enter queries to summarize the content, identify differences between documents, find specific information, translate, or organize it. For example, users can enter a simple query to receive a Korean summary and organized information about a specific topic mentioned in multiple English reports.
Meanwhile, the AI-powered Wrapsody centralizes and manages all documents after encrypting them to eliminate duplicates, replacing traditional document centralization with a next-generation document management platform. Based on document virtualization technology, even if multiple users store documents in a distributed manner, they are managed as a single document. When one user saves a document after editing, the files saved by other users are automatically synchronized to the latest version. It enables document asset management, version control, and access control, making it optimal for managing internal data for AI learning when building a generative AI within an organization. Furthermore, this update adds a drive capacity control feature in addition to AI functionalities, allowing administrators to set the capacity for individual users or departments either collectively or individually.
Wrapsody eCo is a platform that leverages document virtualization technology to establish a secure and efficient external collaboration environment. All documents are shared with encryption, and access and editing permissions can be controlled at any time. It also allows granular security levels to be applied to each member. It easily integrates with various collaboration solutions and provides a comprehensive view of all collaboration history, including document sharing and chat logs. Users can check chat logs along with workgroup history.
