Hana Life's 'Apartment Mortgage Loan', available on Dambee, waives the prepayment penalty after 3 months of loan disbursement. Traditional mortgage loans typically require a 3-year waiting period before prepayment penalties are waived, making this product particularly beneficial for consumers with short-term financial needs.
This product offers a maximum maturity of 40 years, making it advantageous for DSR calculations. Unlike banks, where the DSR limit is capped at 40% of annual income, Hana Life offers a 50% DSR limit, leading to potentially higher loan amounts. It's also noteworthy that fixed interest rates for 3 years and 5 years offer a 0.1%p and 0.3%p interest rate discount, respectively.
