RX Japan is hosting the 'JAPAN'S FOOD' EXPORT FAIR, a trade show where you can directly source various Japanese food products. The fair will be held twice this year, in June and November. Registration for the June exhibition, which will be held first, has begun.

The 'JAPAN'S FOOD' Export Fair has been held annually since 2017 with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), which has 74 offices worldwide and in regions. With participants from over 70 countries each year, the exhibition supports many overseas visitors, including major importers, supermarkets, restaurants, and department stores, in actively sourcing and purchasing various Japanese food products.

At this June exhibition, 900 participating companies will showcase agricultural products, meat, seafood, processed foods, as well as widely known traditional Japanese food and beverages, such as Japanese sweets, sake, and tea. Visitors to the exhibition can experience the quality and taste of the products through on-site tasting and make more informed purchasing decisions.

Buyers who are considering purchasing new Japanese food products at this exhibition may be concerned about language barriers or a lack of market information. However, there is no need to worry because the 'JAPAN'S FOOD' Export Fair brings together suppliers who want to export their products. All participating companies will have English-speaking staff at their booths, and product information and prices will also be provided in English, to help visitors purchase products smoothly.

Another feature of this 'JAPAN'S FOOD' Export Fair is the 'Consultation Reservation Service', which allows visitors to make appointments with exhibitors in advance. Once visitors complete their registration, they can log in to the system with the unique ID and password provided by the secretariat. After logging in, they can search for the desired exhibitors and request consultations through 'My Page' to manage their reservations. They can also contact exhibitors directly through My Page before the exhibition to request materials needed for consultations on the day. By using this reservation system, visitors can not only make advance appointments with exhibitors but also efficiently visit the exhibition hall and conduct purchase consultations throughout the exhibition period.

Moreover, visitors who make 10 or more consultation reservations before the exhibition using the Consultation Reservation Service will receive the following benefits from the secretariat. The exhibition secretariat has stated that it encourages overseas buyers to make the most of the Consultation Reservation Service to facilitate active negotiations and sourcing.
