Doodleen (CEO Lee Tae-gyu) announced on the 20th that co-founders CEO Lee Tae-gyu and CTO Seo Dong-min have been named to Forbes' '30 Under 30 Asia 2024' list.

Every year, Forbes carefully reviews candidates from across the Asia-Pacific region and selects 30 individuals under 30 who are influential in their respective fields. This year, candidates from 21 countries, including Korea, India, China, Japan, and Singapore, were considered, and leaders were selected across 10 categories, including △Enterprise Technology, △Finance/Venture Capital, △Retail/E-commerce, and △Entertainment/Sports.

The two co-founders of Doodleen were included in the list of 30 leaders in the 'Enterprise Technology' category, which supports business growth. CEO Lee Tae-gyu (born in 1995) and CTO Seo Dong-min (born in 2000) began their journey together through the 'SW Maestro' program, a software talent development initiative hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT. They collaborated on developing a solution to address hiring challenges and founded Doodleen in 2020. In 2022, CEO Lee Tae-gyu was also named to Forbes Korea's '2030 Power Leaders 20' list.

In 2021, Doodleen launched 'Greeting ATS' (Applicant Tracking System), South Korea's first recruitment management solution designed to streamline the hiring process for businesses. Greeting ATS offers a range of features that enhance a company's recruitment competitiveness, including △Recruitment Branding, △Improved Candidate Experience, and △Recruitment Efficiency. It allows businesses to manage applicant information from various recruitment platforms in a centralized location within Greeting ATS, and it offers convenient interview scheduling features that consider both candidates and interviewers, as well as recruitment data analysis capabilities. Currently, over 6,000 companies utilize Greeting ATS. Notably, in 2023, the company secured over 3,300 new clients annually, demonstrating strong and rapid growth.

In 2023, they launched 'Greeting TRM' (Talent Relationship Management), a talent pool management solution that enables companies to build and manage their own talent pools and quickly recruit talent when needed. Greeting TRM, the only talent pool management solution in South Korea, leverages AI technology to store existing candidate information in a database and facilitate future rediscovery. Within four months of its official launch, it attracted over 120 clients and has emerged as a new solution to enhance a company's recruitment competitiveness.
