The ‘Brand Customer Loyalty Awards’ is an awards ceremony hosted by the Korea Consumer Forum, in collaboration with ‘Brand Keys’, a top 10 US research consulting firm that has been publishing global brand customer loyalty indices for 28 years.
In the ‘2024 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards’, a total of 124,975 individuals participated in 1,363,683 consumer surveys, and the brand that received the most votes in each category was selected as the Grand Prize winner. Bizplay received higher scores than other companies in areas such as △brand trust △brand attachment △repurchase intention △intention to recommend to others △conversion intention, earning the Grand Prize in the Expense Management Total Solution category.
