Xem will participate in AWS Summit Seoul 2024, showcasing its hybrid cloud integrated monitoring solution, 'XemOne'.
XemOne provides integrated monitoring for on-premises and cloud-native environments, and supports cloud resource management by integrating with AWS CloudWatch.
Based on adoption cases in financial and electronics companies, a second version with enhanced Kubernetes and cloud monitoring features is scheduled for release in June.

Unveiling exemONE, an all-in-one integrated monitoring solution for hybrid cloud
Exem (CEO Jong-Am Cho, Pyeong-Seok Ko), an IT performance management company, will participate in ‘AWS Summit Seoul 2024’ hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) at COEX, Seoul on May 16th and 17th, unveiling ‘exemONE’, a new product for integrated monitoring of hybrid cloud.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary, AWS Summit Seoul is Korea’s largest cloud technology conference. It’s a free educational event where attendees can meet AWS experts and partners, communicate, collaborate, and learn about generative AI and cloud technologies, the latest IT market trends, and AWS services. This year’s event marks the largest ever since the first summit in 2015, commemorating the 10th anniversary.
At the event, Exem will operate an exhibition booth and showcase ‘exemONE’, which enables integrated monitoring and management of not only on-premises systems but also cloud-native systems. Companies that have adopted both on-premises environments and cloud-native environments based on Kubernetes-based microservices architecture (MSA) face challenges in securing visibility across numerous interconnected components and conducting inter-component correlation analysis. ExemONE addresses these challenges by monitoring IT systems across all domains, including infrastructure, Kubernetes, databases, applications, logs, networks, and browsers, providing comprehensive visibility. Furthermore, it maximizes the ease of integrated operational management by enabling flexible correlation analysis between monitoring targets and powerful problem tracking capabilities.
Specifically, exemONE can monitor dozens of various services offered by AWS, including Amazon EC2 (Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud), a web service that allows users to adjust computing capacity within the cloud, Amazon RDS (Amazon Relational Database Service), a cloud relational database service, and Amazon EKS (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service), a managed Kubernetes service. It provides not only resource metrics such as CPU and memory but also service-specific metrics, enabling customers to maintain the stability of their cloud systems and effectively manage and scale resources.
Unlike on-premises environments, cloud environments are agentless, requiring a separate mechanism to collect metrics from cloud-native environments. To address this, exemONE integrates with Amazon CloudWatch, which monitors AWS resources and applications running on AWS in real-time, delivering integrated monitoring alongside key metrics from exemONE’s monitoring targets.
Since its launch, exemONE has been adopted by major financial and electronics companies. A second version of exemONE with enhanced Kubernetes and cloud monitoring capabilities is scheduled for release in June.
Visitors to the Exem booth can experience exemONE's integration with Amazon CloudWatch and its enhanced integrated monitoring capabilities for Kubernetes, databases, and applications. In addition, the Exem booth will offer various prizes through simple survey participation and SNS channel follow-up events.
Jong-Hee Kim, Head of Integrated Development at Exem, stated, “exemONE is a solution that enables integrated monitoring of cloud and on-premises environments, and its key feature is the ability to customize dashboards and other aspects based on customer environments. Having recently obtained AWS Partner Path certification, we will continue collaborating with AWS to strengthen our global capabilities.”
