The Carbon Neutrality Management Innovation Voucher Program is a project where the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Small Business Administration provide customized support to help SMEs achieve carbon neutrality and sustainable management. It provides package-based support for consulting services to establish a low-carbon management system, technological support services such as the construction of energy efficiency improvement systems and facilities, and eco-friendly/low-carbon related certifications for high-carbon-emitting SMEs in the manufacturing sector that have a will to implement carbon neutrality management but face difficulties due to circumstances.
As the implementing agency for the Carbon Neutrality Management Innovation Voucher Program, AENTS will provide carbon neutrality management innovation consulting until the end of 2026. The consulting scope includes △Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas inventory building △Scope 3 greenhouse gas inventory building △CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) evaluation response △product-specific carbon emissions calculation △EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) response △carbon neutrality roadmap establishment and target setting △response to the Emissions Trading Scheme and Management System, etc., providing broad support tailored to the specific circumstances of each company.
Among these, regulation response consulting currently being implemented domestically and internationally will be conducted in more depth. Representative domestic regulations include the ‘Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme,’ where the government allocates annual emission allowances to greenhouse gas emitting companies and allows trading between companies with surplus and insufficient allowances to encourage greenhouse gas reductions, and the ‘Greenhouse Gas Management System,’ where companies and business sites with emissions exceeding a certain level are designated and assigned emission reduction targets. AENTS provides one-stop consulting and services for all aspects of regulatory response through its consulting team composed of specialized personnel.
In particular, it is possible to perform more specialized work as it has the GIS (Greenhouse gas Inventory System) certification, which verifies the suitability of the carbon emission calculation system, and has its own ‘Greenhouse Gas Verification Inspector’ capable of performing greenhouse gas emission verification work.
