Through this MOU, Elsol's AI machine translation system 'EZ NTS' (supporting 120 language pairs), which has been recognized for its technological prowess both domestically and internationally, and AI voice recognition solution 'AI Transcribe' supporting Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese, will be combined with TWC's AI-based customer consultation SaaS solution 'Cloud Gate' to launch multilingual consultation services.

This will enable 'Multilingual Consultation Services' for both domestic and foreign nationals, including multicultural families, foreign workers, and international students, and is expected to expand global expansion.

Elsol plans to develop AI callbots that can be used in various fields by leveraging its experience in building AI callbot services in various industries such as public, finance, and distribution, in collaboration with TWC, to enhance service satisfaction.

In particular, Elsol's AI voice recognition solution 'AI Transcribe', which will be integrated with TWC's AICC (Artificial Intelligence Contact Center), has been developed with an end-to-end (E2E) algorithm, enabling immediate voice recognition with a single module.
