Edutech company AHA (www.i-aha.com) signed a Nemko CTF (Customers Testing Facilities) partnership on May 13th with the participation of its employees, Per Vebe, Chairman of Nemko, a leading international certification company in Norway, CFO Aksa, Nemko Asia CEO Youngbeom Choi, and Nemko Korea (www.nemko.com/ko) CEO Seungin Yang.

CTF involves a process where companies that have passed Nemko's stringent evaluation criteria utilize their own testing facilities to conduct safety tests required by IEC 62368-1 under Nemko's supervision. Nemko reviews the test results and issues a certificate.
AHA is scheduled to be registered as a CTF organization on the IECEE website (https://www.iecee.org/). This is the first instance for a Korean SME and the global electronic whiteboard industry. Currently, there are 57 companies designated as CTF partners in Korea, all of which are large corporations and mid-sized companies including Samsung affiliates and LG affiliates.

AHA is scheduled to be registered under 'IEC 62368-1 Standards in Scope' and will be qualified to test electronic whiteboard product specifications (IEC 62368-1) in electrical safety testing.
AHA anticipates that through this CTF designation, it will be able to regularly conduct tests using its own equipment and specialized personnel, adhering to international standard specifications. This will allow them to eliminate non-conformance factors from the product design stage, shorten certification periods, and acquire test capabilities on par with internationally recognized organizations.
